The best way to contact BabyPlanner is by email. Send a note to hello@cloudo3.com and tell us what is on your mind. A short, specific message — including the name of the calculator or page you are writing about — helps us respond more usefully.
What We Welcome
We genuinely value hearing from the parents and carers who use our tools. We are especially glad to receive:
- Feedback on how a calculator worked for you and whether the results matched your real-life experience.
- Corrections if you spot a number, default value, or explanation that looks wrong or out of date.
- Suggestions for new calculators or features you wish existed for planning life with a baby.
- Accessibility issues, such as something that is hard to read, tap, or use with assistive technology. We want every parent to be able to use our tools.
What We Cannot Help With
Please keep in mind that BabyPlanner is an informational tools site, not a professional service. We are not able to give medical, legal, or financial advice, and we cannot answer questions about your child's specific health, feeding plan, or care. For those questions, please consult a paediatrician, health visitor, or another qualified professional. Response Times
BabyPlanner is run by a small team, so please allow a little patience. We aim to read every message and reply to those that need a response within a few working days, though busy periods may take longer. We may not be able to reply to every note individually, but we do review all feedback and corrections, and many of our improvements come straight from reader email.
