Privacy Policy
Our calculators run in your browser, so the details you type about your baby are not sent to or stored on our servers.

Overview
BabyPlanner ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://babyplanner.cloudo3.com. This Privacy Policy explains how our site handles information when you use our free baby and parenting calculators. We have designed BabyPlanner to be private by default, and this page describes what that means in practice.
Our Calculators Run in Your Browser
BabyPlanner is a static website, and our calculators run entirely in your browser on your own device. When you enter information such as your baby's weight, age, feeding amounts, or budget figures, those values are processed locally to show your results.
- We do not collect, store, or transmit the personal baby data you type into a calculator.
- Your inputs are not sent to a server as part of the calculation.
- Some inputs may be placed in the page's URL only when you choose to share or copy a result link. If you share that link, anyone who has it can see those values, so please share with care. If you do not use the share or copy-link feature, your inputs stay on your device.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general, aggregated trends — for example, which calculators are most used and which pages are popular — so we can improve the site. Where we use analytics, we aim to choose tools that minimize the collection of personal information and that do not build advertising profiles of individuals. Any data of this kind is used to understand site usage in aggregate, not to identify you personally.
Advertising and Cookies
BabyPlanner does not currently show third-party advertising. In the future we may add advertising, such as Google AdSense, to help cover the cost of running the site. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and in some cases to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
If and when advertising is added, this policy will be updated to reflect it. You can generally manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn about controlling personalized advertising through resources such as Google's Ads Settings and industry opt-out pages like the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices. Disabling cookies will not stop our calculators from working, since they run locally.
Children's Privacy
BabyPlanner is intended for parents, expecting parents, caregivers, and other adults. It is not directed at children, and it is not designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. While our tools help adults plan for a baby, they are not a service that children themselves are meant to use, and we do not knowingly gather data about a child as an identifiable individual.
Your Privacy Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These can include the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain uses of your data. Because our calculators do not send your inputs to us, we typically do not hold the personal baby data you enter. If you have a question about your rights or any information that may relate to you, contact us using the details below.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to other websites, such as public-health or reference sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add analytics or advertising. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
